of Renaissance Works, Inc. She has over 20 years experience in training,
facilitation and process management. She is a certified transformational
trainer with Negotiation Lab.
Karen brings a diverse experience from
the corporate, non-profit and education sectors. Combining her
years of professional experience with her own journey of personal transformation
has resulted in Renaissance Works, Inc: a business created to provide
bottom-line value through transformation for individuals and corporations.
Her passion for compelling others to their potential and for creating
a structured plan for success provides her clients with support and
value that has given her a reputation for excellence.
Karen regularly leads large-scale teams and corporate projects to creatively solve business challenges through negotiating competing interests. Through successfully brokering varied interests she has been able to save companies hundreds of thousands of dollars in improved processes, waste elimination, employee retention and on time delivery, to name a few. Among her many clients are major fortune 500 companies, universities and non-profit organizations.

O’Leary Logan is the Coaching
Director and Co-founder of Renaissance Works, Inc. He has over 20 years
of leadership experience in a diverse collection of organizations including
military, aerospace, medical, construction and non-profit organizations.
His formal education and business experience provide a strong base for
his coaching, training and consulting.
O’Leary is a Certified Transformational
Trainer and a Master Certified Coach. He has significant experience
in the areas of business and executive coaching, providing notable results
for his clients in their professional and personal lives. His
expertise is in designing disciplines for his clients to have immediate
results in their profession, especially in the areas of leadership and
negotiating. He especially focuses on the area of increasing wealth
and income for his clients, using negotiation techniques to increase
their income.
He has been a student and practitioner
of negotiations for almost twenty years, creating millions of dollars
of savings and income possibilities. His clients range from start-up
entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies.
